600 Forage Blower and MAGNUM Tractor When you have the need for speed, nothing compares to the performance of a 600 forage blower. This high-capacity system eliminates the unloading bottlenecks that often occur at the silo, giving you record-fast turnarounds.

A massive 8-paddle, 60 in. (1524 mm) diameter blower fan provides unsurpassed unloading capacities: up to 180 tons (162 mt) of corn silage and 110 tons (88 mt) of haylage per hour. For those extra-tall silos, the 600 blower sends high volumes of haylage over 100 ft. (30.5 m) high.

CUPPED PADDLES
Paramount to the 600 forage blower's high-output performance is a special cupped-paddle design that forces the crop to the center of the paddle before it's thrown up the pipe. This helps prevent the crop from touching the sides of the pipe, adding velocity to the crop as it's launched up the pipe.

ROTATING SIDE SHEET
The side sheet, which is attached to the blower fan, prevents crop materials from contracting the front rotor sheet. This reduces friction, greatly increases efficiency and reduces recirculation within the blower housing.

EXCLUSIVE FEEDER DESIGN
By positioning the feed auger at a 30-degree angle to the blower, crop materials move freely into the blower fan inlet for maximum capacity. This innovative design ensures a smooth transition of crop from the feeder to the rotor, which reduces horsepower requirements. You're able to save fuel and use smaller tractors to operate the system.

AUTOMATIC AIR CONTROL
Don't worry about making air control adjustments on this system - there aren't any. An air-inlet control in the center of the blower automatically adjusts to wet or dry crop conditions. This ensures continuous operation and prevents improper settings from plugging the blower pipes.

AUXILIARY AIR INDUCTION
Located at the bottom of the transmission section, an auxiliary air system injects additional air up the blower pipe. By reducing friction of the crop material in the transmission section and blower pipe, this system speeds productivity and helps eliminate plugging.

Other Advantages-Design Features Designed for fast wagon pull-ups and instant alignment, the 600 forage blower features a low profile design and flexible wind deflectors on both sides of the hopper. Its easy-fill hopper extends 20 in. (508 mm) from the blower housing band to give you ample clearance between the tractor pulling the wagon and the tractor operating the blower. A convenient auger control lever engages and disengages operation.
