Whether you're a custom operator or on a bale-and-feed program, you'll find a Case IH round baler to fit your packaging, handling or feeding system requirements. The four variable - chamber models - a choice of different bale sizes - feature fast and efficient core formation and produce smooth, dense bales.

The 8420 makes bales weighing up to 550 lbs. (250 kg); 8430, up to 1000 lbs. (408 kg); 8455, 1,650 lbs. (748 kg); and the 8465 makes bales weighing up to 2,200 lbs. (1000 kg). Plus, the 8465 Automatic version, equipped with optional mesh wrap, offers the ultimate in productivity and push-button control.

All new in our lines of round balers, are the 8435 silage special, designed for high moisture & dry hay baling. The 8435 can handle up to 2400 lbs.(1089 kg) in 50 to 70% moisture levels, and can as well handle 1240 lbs. (562 kg) in dry hay.

THE ALL NEW RS SERIES BALERS

These redesigned balers have been "simplified" to better suit the needs of the industry. they've been simplified in the matter that all drives and tension arms are now located on one side of the units. And now it is even easier to start a bale with our "Aggressive starting roll with patented flaps". Come in and ask about these impressive new units.

 

Also available is the 8480 fixed-chamber model that's simple to operate and handles difficult-to-bale crops like short straw easily. It produces a bale weighing up to 1,800 lbs. (817 kg).

In addition to the baler line is a bale processor, model 8610, which makes large bales instantly paletable to livestock by shredding bales for feed. Or for straw or corn stove bales, the 8610 can discharge material into free stalls or open loading bins.
